Q. When will my order arrive?
A. Orders may take up to 14
business days for production (plus shipping time). It is
important to check your email at least 2 hours after
placing an order, just in case we have a question.
Shipping methods are not relevant to availability of
stock and/or production time of products. Please feel
free to contact us regarding the shipment of your
order if you need to receive the order by a certain date.
If you call or email, we can advise you if we can meet
your "Must Have" date.
Q. Do you ship International?
A. We only ship within the United States, including
Alaska and Hawaii. However, you can visit
AmericanGoodies.com for International Shipments.
They offer a third party service which can handle the
shipment for you.
Q. Do you accept COD or Purchase Orders as payment?
A. No. We accept VISA, MasterCard,
Discover, American Express, Money Orders, and Checks.
(Checks take approximately 7 days to clear.)
Q. Is there a charge for tax?
A. Tax is only charged if the order is
shipped to an address in Arizona. The rate is 7.6%.
Q. Can I return my order or a portion thereof?
A. Products are not returnable for refund or credit. Products
can only be exchanged for the same item if the product
was damaged in shipping or if we made a mistake on your
order. If you have received a damaged item, you must
contact us within 2 business days. All packaging and
boxes must be retained for inspection by the shipping
carrier. Failure to do so will null and void any claim
whatsoever. The carrier has the final decision in
determining if a damage claim is valid. Unauthorized
returned items will not be accepted and they will be
returned to you at your expense. If we made the mistake
on your order, we will reimburse you an amount equal to
Ground Shipping fees, provided the item is returned to us
within 10 business days.
Q. Do you have a catalog?
A. Sorry. Catalogs are not available for
our retail customers. All of our products are on this
website and you may print the pages for personal use.
Q. Why haven't you answered my email?
A. You may have given us a wrong email
address. You would be surprised at the number of Failure
notices that we get from bad email addresses. We can
usually answer our emails within 24 hours.
Q. Do you send out free samples?
A. Sorry, we do not send out free
samples.
Q. Do you sell wholesale?
A. Yes. However, you must have an actual
"brick and mortar" retail store. Selling any of our
products on any internet website is NOT authorized.

Q. Do you give a quantity discount?
A. Sorry, we do not. Our products are not mass-produced.
All of our products are hand made and labor intensive.
