If you own a "brick and mortar" retail gift shop and would like to sell our products, we invite you to apply to open a wholesale account. Wholesale accounts for website businesses will not be approved.

The following information is required to set up your account. Requests for a wholesale catalog with prices will not be honored unless the information below is emailed to us for verification.

1. Business Name, Address, and Phone Numbers.
2. Sole Proprietor, Partnership, or Corporation ?
3. Owners Names, Addresses, and Phone Numbers.
4. Federal ID Number.
5. State Privilege License Number.
6. How many years in business ?

Additional Info Needed to Apply for Credit. All information will be verified and kept confidential.

1. Five Trade References (Name, Address, Phone).
2. Bank Name, Address, Phone.
3. Bank Contact Person and Account Numbers.
4. Three Personal References.

Requirements. Your first order must be a minimum of $500 in product. All shipping charges for wholesale accounts are the customer's responsibility. We will use UPS or USPS (our choice). Orders must be prepaid by credit card, certified funds or money order.
