Processing Orders
When choosing your shipping method, remember that orders may take up to 14 business days for production. Please check your email 2 hours after placing your order just in case we have a question. Rush Services are usually available for an additional charge.

IMPORTANT ! Shipping methods are not relevant to availability of stock and/or production time of items. Please Contact Us regarding your order if you need to receive it by a certain date. We can advise you if we can meet your "Must Have" date and if a rush charge will apply.

We will usually ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) for shipping within USA. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. Shipping to a business address is always preferred, but residential addresses are acceptable. We only ship with our UPS shipping account. We will NOT use your UPS account for shipping charges.

Bad or Incomplete Address
Please take care in entering your correct shipping address. DO NOT USE a PO Box! Bad or incomplete shipping addresses are an inconvenience to everyone! Customers who provide a bad or incomplete address are subject to a surcharge of double what the UPS charge is. This is because UPS charges for bad and incomplete addresses. In other words, if UPS charges us $10 for your bad or incomplete address, the charge to you will be $20. If you want to make sure that you are submitting a correct shipping address, call UPS at 1-800-PickUPS.

If you want to know what your shipping charges will be, just go through the on-line ordering process as if you were placing the order. Before you get to the final step of the checkout process, you will see a drop-down menu with shipping choices and prices for you to select from. A nominal handling fee is included in the price.

UPS GROUND SHIPPING in the Continental USA
Ground shipping is offered to all customers within the Continental USA. This method usually takes 3 to 7 business days but is not guaranteed.

UPS 3 Day Select
This method guarantees delivery in 3 business days.

UPS 2nd Day Air
This method guarantees delivery in 2 business days.

UPS Next Day Air
This method guarantees delivery the next business day.

We reserve the right to use other shipping methods at our discretion, without notice. We will not be responsible for damaged merchandise caused by the carrier. Claims must be made immediately upon receiving damaged item(s). All orders are shipped insured. The shipper will determine if a claim is valid.
